For us, quality assurance has top priority ...

To guarantee consistently high quality, the entire production process at LINK includes standardized inspection procedures. Every blank component is registered, labeled and constantly monitored until finishing. Among the procedures in our highly modern testing laboratory are durability and tensile strength tests, as well as X-ray and florescent tests for fissures. We archive all manufacturing, testing and product-related data for at least 30 years.

For a leading enterprise in the implant industry, quality assurance has top priority in all production phases at LINK - we do not make compromises. Each of our implants bears a control number, allowing complete documentation of its “curriculum vitae.” In addition, costly tests are part of the production process.

As examples, casts are subject to a standardized X-ray examination, metallic structures undergo constant micro and macrostructural tests and surfaces are put through light checks as well as various examinations with optical and mechanical testing devices. We work with state-of-the-art quality assurance technology, such as, the innovative 3D measuring procedure.

All measures to assure LINK quality are supervised and monitored by expert examiners. With their signature they personally guarantee ultimate quality and maximum patient safety.
