We provide customized solutions that go beyond the successful standard primary or revision implant systems. customLINK devices cover all bones and joints starting from shoulder to feet: i.e. shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, pelvis, knee, ankle. Especially for tumor resections or large revision cases, where no implants are commercially available, custom devices are often times patients‘ last resort. Furthermore we design special devices to treat peri- or interprosthetic fractures, arthrodesis nails, growth prostheses and patient specific instruments.
Our customLINK specialists work closely with the user to develop, design, and manufacture customized solutions, which are then sterile-packaged for shipment, if required. This takes a maximum of four weeks after approval by the surgeon.
customLINK utilizes state-of-the-art technologies in the production of the customized implants. These include additive manufacturing for complex geometries or for the TrabecuLINK structure. The surfaces of the implants can be modified with various coatings: PorAg silver coating , PorEX hypoallergenic coating , and also HX bioconductive coating [3, 4, 5].
